Unit II of our company comprises of an ultra-modern aluminium coil coating plant and aluminium composite production facility under the name UNIQUE BOND brand. We are an MSME registered firm that is honored to be the first to color coat 1600 mm width aluminum coils and 1600 mm width aluminum composite panels. We are collaborating with globally renowned companies like Jindal, Akzo Nobel, Nippon, Berger Beckers, Monopol, Henkel Technology for chemicals used in pretreatment, Hindalco for aluminum coils and 3M & Dupont for an adhesive, gives us the ability to maintain its high quality.
In this factory, we manufacture LDPE (low-density polyethylene), HDPE (high-density polyethylene) and HMHDPE (high molecular high-density polyethylene) through recycling process from waste plastic covers. The covers are thoroughly cleaned before processing. The recycled products are obtained in granules which is later used as the core material in ACP (Aluminium Composite Panels). This modest but innovative concept creates a material that is remarkably flat, highly formable and offers an impressive strength to weight ratio.
In this factory , we are manufacturing HIGH – QUALITY PU FOAM products for mattress , furniture and automotive . We offer a wide range of foam options with various dimensions as per customer requirements. We are equipped with advanced machinery, including a continuous slabstock foaming machine , CNC foam cutting machine and Auto roll foam cutting machine.
